You’ve secured your digital home. Now we’ll walk you through setting everything up.
You do not need to be technical. Just follow the steps one by one.

Step 1: Log Into Your Client Area
This is your control centre.
- Go to your Client Area login page (provided in your welcome email).
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Login.
- View invoices
- Manage your domain
- Access hosting details
- Contact support
Step 2: Find Your Hosting Details
- Click Services.
- Select your Hosting Package.
- Locate your:
- Server IP Address
- Username
- Password
- Webmin Login URL
Step 3: Log Into Webmin
Webmin is your hosting control panel.
- Open your Webmin Login URL OR visit:
https://your-server-ip:10000 - Enter your Username and Password.
- Click Login.
✅ You are now inside your hosting dashboard.
Step 4: Create Your Professional Email
Example: info@yourdomain.co.za
- Go to Servers.
- Select Mail Server.
- Click Create Mail User.
- Enter username and password.
- Click Create.
Step 5: Set Up Email on Your Device
You’ll need:
- Email address
- Password
- Incoming server:
mail.yourdomain.co.za - Outgoing server:
mail.yourdomain.co.za
Use IMAP for syncing across devices.
Step 6: Upload Your Website
- Open File Manager in Webmin.
- Go to
/public_html. - Upload your website files there.
Anything inside public_html becomes visible online.
Step 7: Install WordPress
- Go to Install Scripts (if enabled).
- Select WordPress.
- Follow installation steps.
Within minutes, your website can be live.
Step 8: Secure Your Website
- Enable SSL (https)
- Use strong passwords
- Install security plugins
- Back up regularly
Step 9: Backup Your Website
- Open Backup Configuration.
- Select files, email, databases.
- Schedule backups.
We recommend weekly backups.
Step 10: You’re Live!
Visit your domain in your browser.
